The build, documented like everything else: annotated timeline, machine-day log, compliance notes against the heritage ground rules (no storage, machine tracks or deposits near monuments), and the time-lapse record.

Ground-breaking follows instrument go-live in early 2027; the pre-construction baseline window and its brevity are documented in the research plan and reported with every analysis that uses it.
