We have carefully crafted an incredible experience and product for your enjoyment. We expect that all guests resect some basic house rules as stipulated below.
1. We do not allow parties and events of any sort in the property.
2 Smoking and drugs are not permitted in any rooms, indoor or public areas of the Retreat.
3. No drug use permitted on premises.
4. No pets and animals over 5 Kgs allowed on site. Pets are not allowed on the sofas, cushions and beds.
5. Guests including children visiting and staying more than maximum capacity of the home are strictly not allowed by law.
6. No products or inventory is to be removed from the property.
7. It is important to note that guests have to moderate alcohol consumption and drunken behaviour is against house policy due to the risk of nuisance.
8. Please consume food and drinks only in the designated areas like kitchen and tables, whilst avoiding consumption in lounges, sofas and bedrooms to avoid stains and damages. Permanent stains will be charged for repair costs.
9. You must not make sounds or play loud music or set off fireworks after 10pm according to Portugal's laws.
10. The Retreat is completely automated and operates by an APP available on iPhone and Android platforms. It is a requirement for the guest to have a compatible smart phone without which they will not be able to access the Retreats especially for door access.
11. No modification, tampering or alteration of the house systems, devices, circuit boards, piping and technology is allowed.
12. Please do not remove, step on or destroy the plants in gardens. You can pick fruits, herbs and vegetables that are ripe and ready.
13. Retreat Security & Protocols
-Please do not leave the house glass doors unlocked when you leave the property or at night before sleeping.
-Please turn off all the house lights before leaving or sleeping by using the APP or wall buttons.
-Please turn off the music before leaving or sleeping.
14. Please keep the home tidy and organised at all times, place towels and sheets that need cleaning in the laundry baskets, and used cutlery, plates, glasses and equipment in the dishwasher.
15. Any damage or removal of products will be charged to your card provided as a security deposit.
16. Inspection of Property – The Retreat reserves the right to inspect any part of the property with valid reasons after guests checked in.
17 Smart Mobile Phone – The Retreat is completely automated and operates by an APP available on iPhone and Android platforms. It is a requirement for the guest to have a compatible smart phone without which they will not be able to access the Retreats.
18. Commercial video and photoshoots are strict prohibited without prior written permission which entails contracts and filming fees to be paid separately.
19. Customers are required to conduct themselves in a reasonable and responsible manner at all times when on Retreat property and must not act in any way which may disturb other guests. Failure to adhere to this requirement may result in a Customer being asked to leave the Retreat in which event all sums due shall become immediately payable.
20. We require an in date government approved - driver’s license, passport or national ID card at check-in.
20. Any breach of rules on site will result in cancellation of booking and revocation of guest access. All reservations are assumed to have accepted our terms and conditions found on the footer of our website before arrival.
