Heat and cold, safely.

Before your stay you complete a short health screen; it helps you choose the stations that are right for you. Heat and cold are for adults who feel well on the day. The sauna, the hammam, the salt bath and the jacuzzi are not recommended for people with a cardiovascular condition, high blood pressure, pregnancy or heat sensitivity, and never after alcohol. The cold-air room is not recommended for people with a cardiovascular condition, high blood pressure, cold urticaria, Raynaud's, pregnancy or epilepsy; go in pairs where you can, the timer runs for you, and the emergency control inside the room stops the session. Leave any heat at once if you feel dizzy or sick. Drink water between rounds. No more than three heat rounds in a day, counting the hammam. If anything feels wrong, stop, sit down, and press Emergency at the bottom of the app.
