Join us as a local host of a Colony Podtel where you have a beautiful piece of land and are willing to look after the guests that arrive to stay at your location. We pay for the cost of the podtel and you are incharge of land, emergencies, daily cleaning and maintainance in return for 30% of all revenue it generates.

You can buy the Colony Podtels from us at lower subsidised prices inorder to run your own tourism business in stunning locations you may own anywhere in the world.
Benefit from our state-of-the-art offgrid house and technology, keep 70% of all revenue generated for yourself whilst we focus on the tech, marketing and reservations.
Purchase
Are you in love with our Colony's design and want to buy one for your own private use, backyard expansion, second residence or even thinking of opening up a hotel? You can purchase as many as you like from us. It will be custom manufactured for your requirements with a license granted for technology and patent use. Make them available for rent as much or as a little as you like whilst earning revenue when you are not using the podtel
Regulation
Your local town hall or council must be willing to authorise and grant you either an operating license or permit to install this non-invasive Colony on your land. We will assist you in all matters of the application process.
Land
We curate all locations if you are licensing or partnering with us. The venue you put forward must pass our "idyllic location test" to work with us, unless you are buying a Colony for a private purchase.
Marketing
We control the APP platform and advertising on the global Districthive networks. You will be paid monthly on all revenues generated.
